Ollie Williams

Being a personal trainer allows me to combine my love of exercise with my love of socializing with a wide range of different people.  I am keen to promote a healthy lifestyle with a varied exercise regime to enable my clients to get the most out of their lives and have some fun along the way.

I believe that a mixture of hard work, enjoyment and variety are key to achieving your goals.  My fun and friendly approach to personal training will bring out the best in you and allow you to reach your specific goals, whatever they may be.

My main areas of expertise are helping people achieve weight loss and body definition, and training those who want to compete in swimming, running or triathlon events, whether it be your first attempt or if you are aiming to improve your personal best time.

More about Ollie

Biography

In 2002 Ollie completed his personal trainer and sports massage therapist diploma with Premier.  He has since spent the last 8 years training a wide variety of clients whose goals range from weight loss, to those who just want a firmer bottom, to those who wish to complete their first ever marathon.

Ollie has always been involved with health and fitness from an early age representing school and club level in basketball, athletics and water polo. However, his main love has always been swimming, and as a teenager he successfully represented his club, district and county and even competed in national championships on a few occasions.

Now Ollie spends most of his spare time training for and competing in triathlons.  He first entered the sport by competing in sprint races and has successfully developed his skills and endurance by entering longer distance triathlons.  In 2010 he completed his first Ironman in Nice and now there is no going back for him!
