John I would like to thank you for making me a slim bride for my wedding. Within the last nine months you have supported me in completely changing my body and lifestyle to enable me to look and feel fantastic without dieting.

What makes you a great personal trainer is that you really care about your clients and you want them to understand every exercise they are doing and why they are doing it. I have learnt so much about exercise and food that will stay with me forever and enable me to keep fit and healthy for the rest of my life.

You make exercise fun and always keep it fresh so boredom at the gym does not set in. Thank you so much John I am the happiest I have ever been with my body and it is because of your support and guidance.

As with most brides to be Emma was very motivated to achieve. However, Emma had many challenges that could have stood in the way of her achieving her goal weight for the wedding. Emma was doing a full time job, a college course around this, additionally 4 of Emma’s good friends were getting married in the same year which meant Emma had many weekends taken up with wedding planning, dress fittings and hen do’s! (Not exactly ideal environments for weight loss) On top of this Emma had a ‘bad’ knee that caused discomfort during some forms of exercise.

I worked with Emma on an eating strategy, addressing changes that could be made and an exercise program to maximise weight loss that worked around the knee. We agreed expectations on achievements, factoring temporary setbacks where we knew the social calendar would get hectic!

Emma did a fantastic job of communicating with me on where she was at physically and mentally throughout the process which allowed me to tweak things where necessary. It was a joy to work with Emma and see her achieve her goal and it was a privilege to be invited to and get a mention at the wedding. Emma looked fantastic on her wedding day.
