In April my goal was to lose 3st in weight, after 4 months of a weight loss course with Stephen I have achieved a weight loss of nearly 1.5st, and I’m well on my way to achieving my goal. During this time I have lost 8 cm from my hips, that’s just over 3 inches; I’ve also lost inches from my waist and thighs. You can see from the photos below, how much I’ve changed:
I am halfway towards my goal weight and seeing these photos really gave me lots of encouragement to continue with my weight loss, which I have been delighted to achieve alongside my long hours and hard work in the NHS. Stephen has been able to support me with nutritional, exercise and lifestyle advice which I’ve been able to put into practice to help achieve the results I’ve achieved already.

My first thoughts on Susanne revolved around the difficulties of achieving weight loss with someone on late shift patterns and having recovered from a bad back. To my delight, working with Susanne we managed to find solutions that were realistic and effective in achieving the steady weight loss, and changes in body shape that the pictures so clearly demonstrate. In proportion to the weight coming down I’ve also had the benefit of seeing Susanne’s confidence and attitude flourish into such a positive and can do mind set. The following graph shows just how steady and progressive the weight loss was, well done Susanne.
