Over the last few years weight crept on and I got to the point I wanted to do something about it. After seeing Julie Page’s testimonial on the HFPT website I was inspired to reach out and take action. I live in Somerset so a nutritional consultation was done online via skype, I found this to be very insightful, it helped me identify areas of opportunity. After the consultation my goals were clearer and surprisngly I came away from the call even more motivated. I had some simple process goals to follow each week, one of which was to text my weight weekly on a Wednesday morning. I found the process goals straight forward to follow, and the weekly weigh-ins kept me focused, consequently my eating habits improved and the weight started to drop off at a nice pace. I had a bit of indulgence over the Christmas period but was soon able to get back to the good habits. I am ever so pleased I now have a set of habits that keep me in my ideal weight range. I am much happier in myself and am now able to get into jeans that have been in the wardrobe for years! Thank you HFPT for introducing me to the Reduce-Reshape principles

Wendy won’t mind me saying that she is a petite lady so the amount of weight Wendy initially wanted to lose was quite a considerable percentage of her body weight. Wendy specifically wanted to lose some fat round her waste. Skype coaching was fun and we agreed weekly process goals for nutrition and exercise. Wendy  followed through on these very well and enjoyed the rewards of consistent weight loss. It is always a joy to hear about the happiness losing weight brings to someones life as it is this I believe we are truely after, i.e. the weight loss is not the real result we are after, it is the feeling/change in our emotional state that the weight loss gives us that we really desire.
