Endurance Conditioning Workshop
The endurance conditioning workshop is specifically for swimmers, cyclists, runners and triathletes.
In this 3 hr workshop you will learn a comprehensive method for combining Self Myofascial Release (SMR) techniques, using Trigger Point Therapy tools, and corrective/conditioning exercises to achieve structural balance and strength for pre-habilitation, rehabilitation and performance enhancement. The key strategy and areas covered will be:
Structural balance and strength strategy
- SMR (Self Myofascial Release) – Massaging out knots and inhibiting ‘overactive muscles’
- Stretch techniques to lengthen shortened muscles
- Isolated exercises to strengthen specific ‘weak and underactive muscles’
- Integrated full body exercises to build efficient muscle synergy and strength
Areas covered
- Foot, ankle and lower leg
- Hip and lower back
- Thoracic spine and shoulder

The workshop is delivered by John Williams who is a 9 x Ironman finisher (uninjured), National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist, Sports Massage Therapist, British Triathlon coach and ASA swimming coach.
In this workshop John will share with you the most effective tried and tested techniques for unlocking your bodies potential to swim, bike and run.
